Product Description
The VideoSecu dual arm articulating wall mount constructed with solid heavy duty steel, support most 32" - 70" flat screen TV with mounting hole pattern up to 24 inch wide and 16 inch high (VESA 600x400 600x300 600x200 500x300 400x400 400x300 400x200 300x300 300x200 200x200 200x100mm). Dual arm design allows forward or backward tilt, 160 degrees side-to-side swivel (The max degree is depending on your display size) and extends the flat panel screen up to 16" from wall to achieve vast range of viewing angles. Post installation level adjustment allows left and right rotation for perfect level in different view angles. The wall plate is more than 24" wide, so it is easy to mount into studs up to 24" (standard stud is 16"). Additionally, security screws lock the TV bracket to the wall mount from the bottom. How to ensure the mount compliance with your selected display? First, the weight of your display should be less than 135lbs. Next, mounting holes distance on the rear of TV must be less than 24" (600mm) horizontally and 16" (400mm) vertically. Last, your TV should be at least 32 inch wide. Otherwise, you will see the bracket. Note:Please check the area inside the 4 mounting holes to make sure there are not any plugs. Otherwise, the plate may block the plugs. Please check TV VESA and weight.
Notice: This mount fits most 32-55" TVs (VESA hole patterns from 200x100 mm(8x4") to 600 x 400(mm)(24x16")), some up to 60 65 70 inch TVs manufactured in recent 3 years.

I Changed from using Mounting Dream MD2298 Premium TV Wall Mount Bracket a good TV mount, only because of price.
I am at a loss to know what more I would want in a TV mount
The key features are:
One-piece long wall plate is all assembled and can be placed on the wall without the TV
Includes a cardboard template that makes it easy to predetermine approximately were and what holes you will use to mount the one-piece long wall plate
Screws to mount the One-piece long wall plate to studs are included.
Two brackets with the necessary screws included attach to your TV and then once attached you can pick up the TV and hang the brackets onto One-piece long wall plate easily.
Two screws lock brackets with TV onto wall plate. See picture of long locking screw.
A lot of extra hardware so you have the right screws and spacers.
Things to watch out for:
The One-piece long wall plate as delivered is too tight for moving TV once assembled. It is better to loosen the six (6) pivot bolts before mounting the long wall plate on wall (not too much about a turn and a half each. For this you will need a Hex Key Wrench Set and an open end wrench set (strange but true I found two different size nuts). Check the feel of opening the plate before installation.
To mount first install the two brackets on your TV then measure from bottom of TV to top of hook on bracket . With that measurement establishing the height of the One-piece long wall plate is easy. I have observed that many people want the TV too high in a living room this will strain the neck. I position the bottom of the TV 46 inches above the floor.
A bedroom is different because for two reasons you are lying in bed and occasionally one must look over a too tall belly. I position the bottom of the TV 56 inches above the floor (check for overhead clearance before mounting.
Find the wood studs you plan to mount wall plate to. Use the cardboard template to determine the position of the upper left lag screw and which two elongated holes work correctly for your studs. Drill a pilot hole for the first lag screw, then with a washer on the lag screw fasten the upper left side of the wall plate about one turn loose. Use a level to position the wall plate and drill the upper right hole and use a second lag screw with washer. Recheck level; recheck distance from floor to bottom of TV (as planned). Install lag screws three and four. Tighten all lag screws. Then Hang TV then connect TV
If for some reason the set is not level this can be adjusted at this point.
Remember you may have exposed wires you don’t like. Please see my review of the Datacomm 50-3338-WH-KIT Easy Mount Cable Organizer Kit and PORTER-CABLE 43218 3/16-Inch Piloted Down Spiral Drywall Cutout Bit to help you with that problem
For aluminum studs I use a 5/16" X 2-1/2" T-Anchor - No. 56212TS purchased from Whitehead for 98 cents each. The 5/16 thread is too short so you either have to chase a longer thread or use some of the spacers that come with the TV mount. I also cut off the excess bolt when finished. See picture of T-Anchor with washers used in a wall with aluminum studs..
Good Luck

Good Luck
Got this for mom and dad, holds 70" 4k LG like a champ.
Once mounted it can be easily adjusted by one person in seconds.
INSTALLATION quickie:
1-Instructions are just ok. You may have to improvise or "figure things out"
2-One person with 4 hands or Two people required to mount the TV, 3 people would be even better to hand tools/help with holding things steady. (good opportunity for family bonding time here, or a good time to bicker over opinions like in my totally functional family...lol)
3-Total time to install was about 30 min.
HERE ARE THE INSTALL DETAILS: (use these if installation doesn't make sense or you get stuck)
-Read instructions 1, 2, 3, however many times you need.
-Gather tools. Drill gun, med-small Phillips flower head screw driver, drill bit to pre-drill screw holes (learn how to pic the perfect size drill bit for screw size, hint: drill bit must be smaller than the edge of screw teeth), and ratchet because it was easiest to use on large hex screws that I used, you will also need a long bubble level to settle between the first two horizontal holes in the studs that you will use for the mount.
-Attached the 2 long skinny mounting arms vertically to the TV vesa mount with included screws. Screws were a little too long so I spaced them out with metal washers and I added one rubber washer at the end where it contacts the TV to prevent scratches and make better contact with back of tv. The 2 arms have a little hole in the middle portion, that's for one of the long skinny screws that it's included where you slide one of the black thick nylon washers and screw down as tight as you can only once the TV is mounted on the wall, it keep the skinny arms from sliding off the main rail that's attached on wall. Sounds complicated? It's not once you see it.
-Finding studs and lining up holes with a level was by far the longest step in this install, took 15 min. I used a long level, longer than the stand for ease of use. And I used a pencil to mark measurements from the floor as I wanted to slide a spare couch under the TV.
-Trouble finding your wall studs?
-I suggest to google or youtube "how to find wall studs". It's fairly easy. Lots of methods. Lot's of ways to test as well, like a small drillbit with a cordless drill and a few knock on the wall with your hand will get you to locate the center of each stud in no time. There are cleaner methods to doing it but the wall mount will cover the mess up anyways so not important.
-Finally have someone hold the stand as you screw it into your pre-drilled holes which I hope you alligned with a bubble level. The 1st two horizontal holes are most important. The last 2 vertical holes you can just eye-proximate with the drill, make hole and put screw thru.
(when i put the screws thru the mounting plate and the wall I used a ratchet to speed up the process and make it easy as my screws were hex head, bolt like)
-Now with stand solid on the wall, pull on center and extend. Pick up tv, allign the vertical arms on the tv with the stand mount plate, lean top part on it first, lower bottom gently. Tighten the 2 skinny screws found on the vertical arms in the center. Make sure the vertical arms are mounted properly with the skinny screws on the bottom facing entry upwards. And don't forget to slide one of the large nylon washers on top of the screw to reduce the gap between mount plate and the vertical arms where they meet with the screw. (this step uses phillips screwdriver)
-Your tv is now mounted but don't let go quite yet, see how it leans forward? The Wall mount base plate rotates up/down, so now take the little black wrench that was included with mount, or your favorite same size wrench and tighten the 4 screws around the rotating mechanism. Of course have 2 ppl hold the device in desired final position as you screw that rotating part tight.
-Finally, take the old feet/stand off your tv, Should be easy now with tv hovering away from the wall in mid air.
Your tv mount is ready to go. Sorry for the detailed details ;) hope it helped.
You will need a second person to get it on the wall (unless you can somehow hold it steady in one hand and screw in the bolts with the other...). Once you have everything measured, marked, and ready to go it'll take only a few minutes to screw it to the wall. My wife was able to hold it to the wall relatively steady while I used my powerdrill with a hex bit to screw those in. By the time she started complaining about getting tired/bored holding it, I was already finished!
I'm using this to hold my Panasonic VIERA TC-L55ET5 55-Inch 1080p 120Hz 3D Full HD IPS LED-LCD TV with 4 Pairs of Polarized 3D Glasses (2012 Model) , and it doesn't budge. The swivel works perfectly, and you can tighten/loosen as needed. The two-stud mounting method is definitely the way to go with larger and slightly heavy TVs.
To get anything of this quality from an electronics store would probably cost 2 to 3 times as much as Amazon is selling it. I HIGHLY recommend this mount to anyone looking for a good quality, solidly constructed TV wall mount at an amazing price.
